| 摘 要： | 体育教育是学校教育的重要组成部分,体育教育要以终身体育为指导思想,既要立足现实,更要着眼未来。通过建立新的体育教学模式,重视培养学生身心自我完善能力,提高学生对自我身体锻炼重要性的认识,使其具有终身锻炼身体的观念。

| Abstract: | PE is an important part of school education.It should be guided by the idea of lifetime education,focusing on the reality as well as future. Through establishing new mode of PE teaching, it will stress on the ability of the students' in their physical and moral self-improvement,improving the consciousness of the importance of physical training and forming the idea of lifetime physical training. |
