不锈钢电化学着色膜耐蚀性初探

摘    要:用电化学的方法对不锈钢进行着色,并对着色后的试片采用2种后处理方式,一种是用硬脂酸进行封闭,一种是阴极电解方法,将封闭后的试片进行耐蚀性试验,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱进一步分析着色膜腐蚀的原因.

Abstract:The stainless steel was coloring by electrochemistry coloring technology and the stainless steel film hardened get more increasing. Two find methods were used in coloration,one was stearinic acid harding,another was electrolysis harding and both were reseached by individual element. The compose and chemical state of elecment were analyzed by stereoscan photograph and energy spectrum .
