| 摘 要： | 创新农村基层党组织设置方式是提高农村基层党组织战斗力的有效途径。广东省发达地区对此已作了积极而卓有成效的探索和实践，但欠发达地区由于传统观念束缚、民主意识不强、经济基础薄弱等方面存在制约因素，在创新农村党的基层组织设置方式上，显得力度不够。欠发达地区农村基层党组织设置，要适应新形势发展的需要，要体现先进性、前瞻性、综合性，做到随经济社会发展的进程而与时俱进。

| Abstract: | Innovation of the establishment of rural grass-root Party organizations is an effective way to improve the forces of rural grass-root Party organization.Positive and fruitful experience has been obtained in developed areas while underdeveloped areas still remain stagnant,difficult to step forward and have the risk of falling into a vicious spiral.The innovation is needed in order to adapt to new situations and changes,but there are some factors,including traditional idea,democratic consciousness and economic foundation,restricting the underdeveloped areas.To this end,we should be advanced,forward-looking,integrated and consistent with the process of economic and social development. |
