| 摘 要： | 从比较分析的视角，将广东省与其他省市社区教育发展情况进行比较研究，结果表明，广东省社区教育存在规模偏小、体系建设迟缓、体制机制不够完善、资源缺乏有效共享等问题，需要从成立领导机构与工作机构、建立良性运行机制、营造良好的政策环境、构建社区教育体系、开发公共服务平台以及整合各类教育资源等方面进一步改革和发展。

| Abstract: | Guangdong community education is compared with other provinces and cities from the angle of comparative analysis.The results show that Guangdong community education is small in scale,slow in system construction,not perfect enough in system mechanism and ineffective in resource sharing.Setting up leading bodies and working mechanism,establishing benign operating mechanism,creating a good policy environment,building community education system,developing public service platform and integrating all kinds of educational resources are the ways to further reform and development. |
