| 摘 要： | 物资管理包括物资从计划开始到进场及应用等全过程。为保证所有进入工程项目的物资都是合格品,保证工程施工质量,项目必须及时准确地做好工程物资供应的计划、采购、订货、运输、检验、保管和发放工作。文章从甲方单位的角度,分析甲供物资在石油工程建设领域的一些问题及对策。

| Abstract: | Material management includes the whole process of from the beginning of the plan to entering and application.In order to guarantee all the materials entered in the Engineering project are qualified and the construction quality is ensured,the project must prepare in time the plan of the supplication of the engineering materials,their purchase,booking,transportation,testing,safekeeping and distribution.From the perspective of Party A,this paper analyzed some problems and countermeasures of Party A in petroleum engineering construction field. |
