| 摘 要： | 分析了基础教育改革背景下新教师培训的必要性以及当前新教师培训模式存在的不足,认为当前新教师教育必须在原来的基础上就培训的观念、目标、教学模式、教学方法和手段等做出相应的调整,提出了改进新教师培训模式的两点设想,并探讨了新模式的实施策略。
