博士生教育中引入淘汰机制的应然考量

摘    要:发达国家博士生教育实践证明:淘汰机制的引入必然可以促进博士生教育质量的提高。鉴于国内博士生教育仍维系着近乎"零淘汰"的教育培养模式,提出了基于教育生态平衡的应然法则,依托风险管理与评估的应然判断,质量观视阈下的应然价值和教育理念回归的应然指向等四个方面的应然考量,意在全面论证引入博士生教育淘汰机制的紧迫性和必要性。

Abstract:Educational practices in developed countries show that an elimination mechanism helps elevate the quality of doctoral education.In view of the virtually zero elimination in China's doctoral education,four imperative considerations are put forth: the rule of educational eco-equilibration,judgment based on risk assessment and management,emphasis on quality,and adoption of fundamental education concepts.It is evident that an elimination mechanism is highly necessary and urgent in China's doctoral education.
