| 摘 要： | 要做好高校学生思想政治教育工作，离不开一支高素质的学生思想政治教育工作者队伍。而在新形势下，学生思想政治教育工作者面临着如何全面准确地把握党的路线方针政策的挑战；面临着现代科学技术迅猛发展的挑战；面临着大学生群体特点新变化的挑战；面临着高等教育改革与发展的挑战。高校学生思想政治教育工作者只有坚定理想信念、充实稳定队伍、增强敬业精神、加强自我修养，才能提高自身的基本素质，积极应对挑战，切实做好学生思想政治教育工作。

| Abstract: | To perfect the work of students' ideological and political education incolleges and universities depends on a group of high-quality teaching staff engagedupon it. Under the new situation, these challenges facing the staff are how to grasp exactly the party line, guidelines and policies, rapid development of modern science and technology, new change of undergraduate group as well as reform and development of higher education. The teaching staff engaged upon students' ideological and political education, have to strengthen ideal and belief, enrich and stabilize the group, enhance the spirit of working hard and build up self-improvement to perfect their fundamental qualities, respond to challenges actively and do well in the work. |
