| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业竞争力中最重要的竞争力。通过引入企业技术创新竞争动力学方法，建立了以技术创新质量与速度为维度的企业技术创新竞争力评价指标体系。分别从静态和动态两方面描述了企业技术创新竞争力；以此为基础，建立了企业技术创新竞争力评价模型；并对模型进行理论分析，把行业内企业分为6个区域，分别探讨了它们提高技术创新竞争力的途径。

| Abstract: | Technology innovation is the most important competitive capacity.Based on the quality dimension and speed dimension of the method of enterprises' competitiveness dynamics,evaluation indexes system of enterprises' technology innovation competitiveness is designed,which reflects both enterprises' static competitiveness and dynamic competitiveness.On the basis of indexes system,a model for appraising enterprises' technology innovation competitiveness is constructed.Through analysis of it in theory,all the enterprises in a certain industry are divided into six areas,and the way of promoting enterprises' technology innovation competitiveness is put forward respectively. |
