| 摘 要： | 当前我国农村体育事业发展水平,与城市比较而言仍存在比较明显差异。主要体现在:主体意识的差异,影响城乡体育文化各自的发展平衡性;体育事业战略重城市、轻农村,影响着城乡体育资源配置均衡性;经济收入以及经费保障制度不平衡,影响城乡体育发展的同步性;城乡二元结构仍以新的形式继续存在,影响城乡居民享有基本体育服务的平等性。文章提出,更新理念,健全和完善多元化的体育管理体制,加强城乡体育文化交流,促进体育消费等策略,旨在为统筹城乡全民健身事业协调发展,构建比较完善的社会主义新农村全民健身服务体系提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Compared with the city,the developing level of sports cause in rural area has a obvious gap.In order to bridge the gap,this paper puts forward some suggestion of renewing the ideas,improving sports management system;Strengthening sports cultural exchange between urban and rural,promoting the sports consumption.It aims to provide the theoretical basis for the coordination development of urban and rural areas and construction of bodybuilding service system of socialist new countryside. |
