| 摘 要： | 技术创新能力的强弱直接决定着企业在市场中的竞争地位。中小企业是当前我国经济发展中最活跃的生力军 ,构建高效的激励机制 ,促成中小企业的技术创新和跨越 ,是保持其生命力的关键之举。本文重点探讨了中小企业技术创新激励系统的基本框架。
