| 摘 要： | 我们通过问卷、访谈等方式对有代表性企事业单位的管理人员和秘书人员进行了调查，探究高校文秘专业人才的社会需求状况、知识结构与能力要求等新问题，摸准人才市场需求的脉搏，以培养适合市场需要的文秘专业人才，力求达成高校人才培养和社会需求之间的和谐。

| Abstract: | We conducted a survey on the management and secre-tarial staffs of representative enterprises by using questionnaires, interviews,etc.We explored the social demands,knowledge struc-ture and capacity requirements for college secretarial major tal-ents, and grasped the pulse of the talent market demands, in or-der to meet market demands for secretarial major talents, and to achieve a harmony between college talents training and social demands. |
