| 摘 要： | 对体育院校图书馆目前在管理方面存在的问题进行了分析,了解了当前体育院校图书馆数字化程度,数字化建设相对缺乏实质性,数字化管理层次比较浅、模式也较单一,网络过于形式化;同时还提出图书馆藏书管理、人力资源缺乏等问题。并对体育院校图书馆在数字化管理,体育院校图书馆藏书管理以及图书馆人力资源配备等问题提出了一些见解。
