| 摘 要： | 通过对欧盟环境政策一体化的界定，以其“一体化”特点为视角，分析了促进欧盟环境政策一体化的五种原因，虽然其中也有阻碍一体化的因素存在，但仍可以折射出欧盟环境政策一体化趋势的必然。

| Abstract: | Via making a definition of the integration of European Union environmental policy,the five kinds of incentives to promoting the integration are analyzed from the perspective of Integration in this paper.Although there are some disincentives,it are still supposed to reflect the inevitability and importance of the tendency for the integration of EU environmental policy. |
