| 摘 要： | 职前培养的专业化水平直接影响职教师资队伍的整体素质。职教师资需要具备双师型素质和在教学实践中把职业分析、技术应用、教育手段融为一体的能力,这需要通过硕士研究生层次的专门化培养才能实现。为此,建议设立职业教育硕士专业学位,开展职教师资的专业化职前培养。
