| Abstract: | School life-long physical education is the important developing direction in modern physical education. It produces a deeply effect on reform of school physical education. According to the origin of life-long physical education and the characteristics of aerobics dancing, the author discussed the feasibility of school life-long physical education and of the curriculums construction of gymnastics. |
