摘    要:国内外有研究表明,全身振动训练法(WBV)对增加皮肤血流量(SBF)有影响。但特定频率振动或不同振动持续时间对皮肤血流量的影响相关研究并不清楚,本研究目的:探讨不同振动频率下,前臂血流量变化是否存在差异,不同振动持续时间对皮肤血流量的影响变化。方法:选取22名普通高校学校生随机分入两组分别为30 Hz组与50 Hz组,每名受试者前臂被动振动10 min,观察振动期间及振动后恢复阶段10 min皮肤血流量变化情况。结果:1)30 Hz组和50 Hz组在振动训练开始的前4 min内前臂皮肤血流量均有显著性变化(P<0.05)。2)30 Hz组和50 Hz组SBF均在振动训练开始后5 min达到峰值,在振动的5~10 min中,两组皮肤血流量均保持较高值。3)在恢复期,30 Hz组皮肤血流量低于初始基线值,而50 Hz组皮肤血流量保持高于初始基线值。结论:30 Hz组与50 Hz组皮肤血流量在5 min内均有显著性升高,50 Hz组升高更加明显,并且在振动结束后恢复阶段血管收缩速度减慢,皮肤血流量加速现象保持持久,50 Hz振动可能对于加强训练者循环功能有更好的作用。

Abstract:A study shows that whole body vibration(WBV) has effect on skin blood flow(SBF).However,it has no distinct study shows that a specific frequency or a specific duration influence SBF.The purpose of this paper is to examine if there is any difference in SBF under the different vibration frequency.Methods: choosing 22 university students,divide them into two groups with 30HZ and 50HZ randomly,each person's forearm was passively vibrated for 10 minutes,then observe the change of SBF during vibration and for 10 minutes of recovery after vibration.Results: 1) There are distinct changes in SBF(p<0.05) within the first 3 minutes of vibration in both groups.2) SBF reaches the peak value when vibration training started by five minutes,within the 5-10 minutes,SBF of the two groups all remain the high value.3) During the period of recovery,SBF of 30HZ group below baseline values while 50 Hz SBF remains above baseline.Results: 30 Hz and 50 Hz vibration produce distinct increases in SBF within 5 minutes,50 Hz has obvious additional increase,and vasoconstriction keeps slower speed after finish vibration during the recovery,SBF speedup obtains for longer time.Therefore,50HZ vibration would have more benefit to people those need training enhanced and the patients' circulation system.
