| 摘 要： | 台湾信息产业发展面临产业升级和国际产业分工问题，因此在产业转型升级过程中将部分环节向大陆转移，从而建立两岸间有效的产业分工合作体系．平潭综合实验区承接台湾信息产业转移具有政策优势与区位优势，但同时也面临一些困难．因此，平潭综合实验区承接台湾信息产业转移应明确方向与重点．

| Abstract: | Taiwan ＇s information industry, facing the problems of industries upgrading and international division of labor,chooses partly transfering the business from Taiwan to mainland for constructing on effective system of cross-strait Industrial division cooperation. Thought Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone has policy and location advantages in undertaking Taiwan＇s information industry, difficulties also exists.So it is necessary for Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone to find the right way and key point. |
