摘    要:教学科研一体化团队建设是提高思政课教学效果的重要路径,它的组建运行和统筹发展,应该在科学分析思政课教学科研现状的基础上,以教学科研为主题,以教学实践为基础,以科研成果为指导,推进教学科研一体化团队的有序运行.在优化策略上,注重明确目标、统一思想,科学分工、联手协作,进一步优化环境,提升管理水平,促进团队建设的良性发展,提高思政课教育教学水平.

Reflections on the Construction of the Integration of Scientific Research and Teaching Team of Ideological and Political Theory Course

Abstract:The construction of the integration of teaching and scientific research team is an important path to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political theory course. Its establishment and development should be in the scientific analysis on the status of teaching and research, with the theme of teaching and scientific research, the base of teaching practice, the guide of scientific research, to promote the operation of teaching team orderly. On the optimization strategies, clear objectives should be paid attention to, thinking should be united with science division and collaboration, to further optimize the environment, enhance the management level, promote the positive development of the team, and improve the teaching education level of ideological and political theory course.
