| 摘 要： | 大学生实习对于培养社会亟需的高技能、应用型人才具有重要意义。近年来，实习期间大学生伤害事故增多，加上相关法律制度不健全，导致大学生合法权益受到损害，也影响了校企合作。有必要考察并借鉴发达国家有关大学生实习风险防范的经验，从完善相关法规、构建“四位一体”的防范机制和推行实习责任保险等入手，有效防范大学生实习伤害事故。

| Abstract: | University student practice has important significance for training high skill, applied talents that society needs. In recent years, during the internship period, student injury accidents increase, the relevant legal system is imperfect, so it results the damage to the legitimate rights and interests of students, and also affects the school enterprise cooperation. It is necessary to study and learn the relevant internship experience in risk prevention from the developed countries, and improve relevant laws and regulations, build ＂four in one＂ prevention mechanism, carry out practice liability insurance to effectively prevent from university student practice iniurv accidents. |
