| 摘 要： | 清代至民国间,出现了好几种苏诗笺注著作,其中查慎行的《补注东坡先生编年诗》是成书年代最早、学术成就突出、个性特色鲜明的一部.其书编集苏诗以作年为次,考证地名详其沿革,注解典故不乖本事,考述人物详其事迹,驳正旧注有理有据,辑录佚诗几无遗漏,对研究苏轼及苏诗有重大参考价值,加之成书年代又早①,故它在苏诗研究史上占有相当重要的位置.也正是因为它的这些特点和优长,《四库全书总目》才多次称道该书.

| Abstract: | With the development of social economy, the traditional theory teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of contemporary society on comprehensive application talents. Practice teaching is an important link of the teaching, because the economics and management major students＇ legal basis is weak, lack of practical ability, the practice teaching model construction and application of ＂economic law＂ course is very important. Economics and management majors ＂economic law＂ teaching mode is a kind of teaching mode based on case teaching, and legal practice and scenario simulation teaching method, to adapt to this, ＂economic law＂ course examination way also carry on the corresponding reform, aims to improve students＇ legal practice ability. |
