| 摘 要： | 地方高校法学教育要办出特色，必须走应用型创新人才培养之路。在法学人才培养模式改革中，湖南人文科技学院政法系着眼于学生的创新视野和实践能力，在教育观念、培养目标、培养模式和质量评估等方面构建创新平台，在教学资源、教学模式、课程体系和队伍建设等方面搭建实践教学体系，着力培养具有较高素质的应用型创新法律人才，取得了较为显著的培养效果。

| Abstract: | Local university legal education wants to have its characteristics, must take the road of training applied innovative talents. In the mode reform of law science talents training, Department of Politics and Law ,Hunan Institute of Humanities, Science and Technology focus on students＂ innovative vision and practical ability, build innovative platforms in the aspects of educational concept and training target, training mode and quality assessment, set up practice teaching system in teaching resources, teaching mode, course system and team construction, cultivate applied innovative legal talents with high quality, the training effect is remarkable |
