| 摘 要： | 晁错是西汉公文写作的个中翘楚,在中国公文发展上占有重要的一席之地。晁错的公文不可避免地受到先秦散文和汉赋的影响,但其作品绝不等于"文学作品"。把晁错的公文当作"政论文"或"散文",那是文体的"误读",是对中国公文发展史缺乏认识的表现。晁错的公文写作实践表明:公文写作并不简单地局限于对正确公文格式的把握,它需要具有政治家的睿智和谋略。或者说,公文的写作不光是文字技巧的问题,它需要熟悉公务管理、熟谙安邦治国之道。
