| 摘 要： | 和谐的工作环境对馆员的生理和心理具有重要意义,有利于提高工作效率,激发馆员潜能。为营造一个和谐的图书馆环境,可以通过构建一整套激励机制加以实现。该套激励机制包括经济激励等正向激励和以威胁激励为代表的负向激励。

| Abstract: | Harmonious environment has significant meaning for the physiology and psychology of the librarians,which can help to make full use of the human resource,improve the work efficiency and motivate the librarians＇ potential.In order to build a harmonious library environment,we can design a motived mechanism which should include positive encouragements such as economic encouragement and negative encouragements such as threat encouragement. |
