| 摘 要： | 人的一生必须不断学习，学会认知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存与发展。终身教育是贯穿于人一生的全过程的连续性、统一性、整体性教育，从本质上讲，是一种“旨在促进人的发展的教育”，它在未来的学习化社会中，将成为人们的一种生存方式、生活方式。现代社会人们面临着经济、科技、政治、思想诸多严峻的挑战，教育也不例外。本拟在探索如何改革、创新和突破现行的教育体制的问题上，提出一些设想。

| Abstract: | Man should study all his life, learning to cognize , work, live together, exist and develop. Lifelong education is the successive, un ified and integrated education passing through the whole course of one's life. E ssentially, it is the education designed to promote man's development. It will b ecome a form of existing and living in the future society of systematizing study . In modern society people are facing severe challenge of economy, science, tech nology, politics, idea and so on, with no exception of education. The paper trie s to put forward some ideas to explore the way of reforming, innovating and brea king through the current educational system. |
