| 摘 要： | 地方院校学报虽然在办刊资源、条件以及所处地域等方面不如处在大中城市的"211"序列的大学,也不如一、二类本科大学,但是,作为同一时代的学术载体,地方院校学报可以在地方历史特色、地域文化特色、地方经济特色等方面着力,并且将时代特征、学科建设和基础教育紧密结合起来,构建学报有鲜明特点的学术传播体系,提高学报的学术品位.

| Abstract: | Although local colleges and universities journal are inferior to those in major and medium city in resources condition and location and so on as the academic carrier of the same time local colleges and universities may construct the academic dissemination system with obvious characteristics in the aspects as local historic characteristic regional culture characteristic and local economic characteristic and enhance the journal's the academic personal status. |
