| 摘 要： | 构建现代高职院校制度,是未来十年高职教育改革发展的重要趋势。公共选择理论、公共产品理论和委托代理理论为构建现代高职院校制度提供了重要的理论基础。借鉴这三个理论的相关观点,应准确把握高职教育的准公共产品属性,重新定位政府在高职教育中的功能;对高职教育进行市场化改造,推动高职院校产权制度改革;建立多元主体参与高职教育决策的长效机制,提高政府的职业教育行政效率。

| Abstract: | To build modern higher vocational school institution is an important trend for the reform and development of higher vocational education in future 10 years.Public selection theory,public product theory and principal-agent theory provide important theoretical basis for building modern higher vocational school institution.Referring the relative points of the three theories,the quasi-public product nature of higher vocational education should be rightly understood,and the function of government in higher vocational education should be re-oriented;it should carry out market-oriented reform on higher vocational education and boost the reform of property right of higher vocational education;build the long-term mechanism for various subjects participating in the decision-making of higher vocational education,and try to enhance the administrative efficiency of vocational education. |
