| 摘 要： | 产业融合对高职院校专业设置提出新要求,高职专业建设应与产业发展相适应,建设宽平台、多方向的专业群,以适应产业融合对复合型技能人才的需求。专业群建设要围绕产业行业、岗位、师资等进行,同时整合课程资源和实训资源,探索校企合作新机制,扩大学校自主权等。

| Abstract: | The industry convergence set new requirements for specialty setup of higher vocational schools.The profession al development must adapt with industrial development to build a wide-platform and multi-direction professional group so as to meet the demand of complex technical talents.Building professional group should focus on the industries,posts,teaching staff,integrate curriculum resources and training resources,explore new mechanisms for school-enterprises coopera tion,and expand the schools ’ autonomy. |
