| 摘 要： | 1985年、1995年和2000年按照"全国学生体质、健康状况调查研究实施方案和检测细则"的规定,对7～18岁的中小学生进行了体质与健康状况的指标测试.研究结果表明:1)1985～2000年15年间,陕西省小学生的生长发育水平都有了一定幅度提高,发育速度处在长期趋势中的快速增长阶段.2)城乡学生身体发育的充实度和匀称度有了不同程度改善.3)机能指标方面,肺活量和肺活量/体重指数平均增长值出现了持续负增长,但是,在1995-2000年的5年间,肺功能下降的趋势有所缓解.4)身体素质的总体发展水平有所下降.其中,速度素质和柔韧素质下降幅度较小,耐力素质下降幅度较大,力量素质呈现小幅度上升.

| Abstract: | According to the Implementing Scheme and Detailed Rules for Physique and Health Status Investigation in Students of China, in the years of 1985, 1995 and 2000, physique and health status were tested among students of 7-18 years old in primary and middle schools in Shaanxi Province. The results of the study indicate: 1) During the 15 years from 1985 to 2000, the growth and development of the pupils in Shaanxi has improved to a certain extent, and the process of growth tends to be ahead of the schedule. 2) The figures of the pupils tend to develop at different degrees. 3) Their average pulmonary capacity and pulmonary/body weight are not improved and tend to decrease continuously. But in the years 1995 and 2000, the decrease of pulmonary function tended to get slower. 4) The level of their entire physical fitness development has lowered down, among which, speed and flexibility has lowered less, endurance much more. However energy appears to be rising a little. |
