| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,是贯彻落实十六大精神和“三个代表”重要思想的重大举措。《决定》总结了我国经济体制改革的经验 ,比较系统地充实了 1 0年前来不及或因条件不成熟而不可能展开的内容 ,是完善社会主义市场经济体制的完整的纲领。努力学习十六届三中全会精神 ,做到“五个统筹”、“五个坚持”,保持社会全面、协调和可持续发展 ,使广大人民群众都享受到深化改革开放的成果 ,这是新的发展观和新的改革观的体现 ,也是我们必须长期遵循的原则

| Abstract: | "The decision on several problems of perfecting socialist market economic system by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China", which was passed during the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Party Congress, is an important act which boosts the carrying out and fulfilling of the important thoughts of "Three Represents" and the spirit of the Sixteenth Party Congress. The "Decision" sums up the experience of the reform of the economic system of our country, and much systematically enriches the content which was not deployed ten years ago because of the undeveloped conditions and lack of time. The "Decision" is the whole creed to perfect the socialist market economic system. |
