| 摘 要： | 初步建立了国家创新系统评价指标体系,首次将科技国际竞争力排名引入评价体系中,并在这一体系框架下,收集大量相关数据,对我国国家创新系统客观地进行了纵向和横向的比较和现状分析,并得出了比较合理的结论.
