摘    要:以KCl和NaNO3为原料,利用复分解反应原理合成KNO3.本实验根据溶解度的不同,在高温下通过热过滤除掉溶解度小的NaCl,再将滤液冷却、过滤得到KNO3晶体产品,用莫尔法测定Cl含量并计算KNO3纯度.针对此实验中溶液的浓缩程度、热过滤方式以及重结晶过程中存在的问题进行了改进.

Abstract:KNO3crystals are synthesized by metathesis reaction with KCl and NaNO3precursors.In this experiment,NaCl could be removed by hot filtration at high temperatures due to its smaller solubility.When the filtrate cools down,the second crystal product-KNO3could be filtered and obtained,then measures chlorine content by using Mohr and calculates KNO3purityfinally.In this paper,we report a way to address the problems during the process of solution concentration,hot filtration and recrystallization.We have demonstrated improved qualities of KNO3crystals through this process.
