| 摘 要： | 随着互联网与大数据技术的高速发展,生物技术专业人才培养对自身发展及要求越来越高。为保证生物技术专业创新型人才的培养质量,结合"互联网+"的最新技术和理念,通过加强师资建设、构建"三位一体"人才培养模式、设计专业+复合课程体系、创建"立体化培养与个性化拓展"人才培养方向等方式,对生物技术专业创新型人才的培养模式进行探究,不断提升师生的专业素养和潜能,提高专业人才创新潜力,从而为社会培养更多的高素质复合型生物技术人才。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of internet and big data technology,the cultivation of biotechnology has higher requirements demanding for its own development.In order to ensure the quality of cultivation,this study combines the latest technology and concept of the"internet+",strengthening the construction of teaching staffs,constructing the"thrinty"talent training model,designing the profession and composite curriculum system,and creating the new talent training direction of"stereoscopic cultivation and individualized expansion".The training model of innovative talents in biotechnology were explored,and improved the professional quality and potential of teachers and students,promoted the innovation potential of professional talents,which to cultivate more high-quality compound biotechnology talents for the society. |
