| 摘 要： | 西藏高等职业教育目前正处于中职教育升格后的转型期,面临层次定位、培养目标、专业与师资建设等多方面的挑战.对此,西藏高职教育应从民族地区实际出发,合理定位办学层次、专业设置、人才培养目标及师资队伍建设,实现西藏高职教育高效、健康、可持续发展.

| Abstract: | The higher vocational education in Tibet is in the transferring period after the secondary vocational education is improved, is facing the challenge of level orientation, training target, construction of speciality and teaching staff. So the higher vocational education in Tibet should accord to the factuality of the national area, orient the level of running schools, speciality provosion, the target of talents' training and the construction of teaching staff logically, have the higher vocational education develop effectively, healthily and sustainably. |
