| 摘 要： | 发展现代网络教育,构建终身学习体系是教育信息化的一项重要任务。由于基于Internet的网络课程与一般的多媒体教学软件的使用环境、教学功能和教学作用不同,因此,探索和研究网络课程的设计原则以及设计开发过程与方法具有重要的意义。本文以建构主义、人本主义和教学理论作为理论基础,分析了网络课程的设计和开发过程,并以北京市精品课程“地籍管理”为例,阐述了其实现过程。

| Abstract: | Developing modern web learning and establishing a life-long learning system is an important task for education information. Web courses is a new-patterned educational method accompanying the development of modern educational information technology. This paper analyses the current actuality of web courses home and abroad, the merit of the web courses and the design and the process of web courses compiling, which makes cadastral management courses as an example. |
