| 摘 要： | 学术文化环境是保障人才培养质量、促进科技进步和思想创新的重要条件。然而,我国的学术道德失范现象越来越严重,这显然不利于我国"人才强国"和"自主创新"战略目标的实现。解决学术道德失范,需要发挥学术道德作用,促进学术健康发展;完善学术评价机制,促进评价的科学化;提高学术共同体素质,增强学术创新能力;健全法律规章制度,惩戒学术不端行为。

| Abstract: | The culture environment of scholarship is one of the vital factors,which guarantee the qualities of talented persons will be enhanced,the advance of science and technology will be promoted,and the mind will be motivated.However,scholarship morals of our country's academic circles has a trend toward corruption,which particularly focuses on the plagiary,cheating,more than once of contributions of the same draft,academic foams,evaluation unfair,chasing for fame and wealth etc.And that will hinder the achievement of our country's strategic targets,"talents for a strong country" and "the independence of creation".To solve the problems,we should make good use of academic moral function to promote healthy progress of academy,insist on the independence of university scholarships,make academic evaluation mechanism perfect to promote the scientific academic evaluation and enhance the ability of scholarships to strengthen the creative ability of academy. |
