| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of status quo of Heilongjiang province interlibrary loan and document delivery service, this paper firstly puts forward the aim of the Heilongjiang province intedibrary loan and document delivery service system construction, then discusses some puzzles on system architecture and. service and management mechanism of service system, and puts forward the importance during the course of building of Heilongjiang province ILL architecture. |
