| 摘 要： | 凭借描绘家乡湘西的大量小说，沈从文被视作现代中国小说中最重要的乡土作家之一。在其乡土小说中，沈从文大量采用了民间文化艺术的元素，描绘了湘西农村的生态自然景观、农民的生存状态和乡村的民俗风情，刻画了一系列较为生动的底层民众形象。具体呈现出三个方面的特征：民间的乡土风情，民间的文化传统以及民间浓郁的方言口语。正是这种自觉的运用民间文化艺术元素的手法，使得沈从文对中国文学的丰富性与多元性作出了独特的贡献。

| Abstract: | Shen Cong--wen has been regarded as one of the most important provincial writers for his novels about Western Hunan. In his novels, he made big use of folk culture and art elements to describe the natural landscape, farmers life and folk customs, showing a complete image of grassroots people, such as, folk customs, cultural tradition, and dialects. The use of folk culture and art elements has made him contribute more to China literature＇s richness and diversi- ty. |
