| 摘 要： | 随着社会和经济的高速发展,促使了社会对高层次科技创业型人才的需求。文章深入分析了高层次科技创业人才相关联的文献,探讨了高层次科技创业人才的特征及外延,我国高科技创业型人才存在的问题,提出了高层次科技创业人才建设的对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of society and economy,the demand of high-level science entrepreneurial talented person raises.This paper surveys the related literatures on high-level science and technological entrepreneurial talented person,and discusses the intension and extension of high-level scientific and technological entrepreneurship.After analyzing the problems of the high-level scientific and technological entrepreneurial talented person in our country,some strategies on the development of high-level science and technological entrepreneurial talented person are suggested. |
