摘 要: | 新课程背景下教师的专业成长主要体现为教师实施新课程能力的提高。提高教师实施新课程的能力,必须以教师的自我建构为突破口,不断提高教师的教学技能。进行自我建构,必须加强教学反思,实现理论的有效内化,进而提高教学实践智慧,构建个性化的自我操作体系。

Abstract: | In the background of the new curriculum, teachers' professional development is mainly presented by the improvement of their ability to carry out the new curriculum, which requires teachers'self-construction and takes it as a breakthrough point so as to improve teaching skills. The self-construction demands the reinforce of teaching reflection, the effective internalization of the theory so as to improve teaching wisdom and to construct the self-operational system with individuality. |
