| 摘 要： | 状况进行分析,认为虽然藏药业的销售利润率很高、科技对藏药的发展贡献很大,但由于藏药企业规模太小、科技经费投入严重不足、R;D支出少、科技人员严重缺乏等,目前藏药业的科技创新能力很差.在此基础上,提出了相关解决对策.

| Abstract: | This paper measures technology innovation of the medical industry in Tibet,on the basis of a number of data,by the means of data comparison and the Cobb-Douglas model.The Empirical results suggest that the enterprises are small,the total funding for S&T activities is very deficient,R&D capital is very scarce,R&D personnel is largely insufficient,though the ratio of the profit margin is very high,the contribution of the technology is large.So a conclusion can be drawn that the technology innovation of the me... |
