| 摘 要： | 我国学位与研究生教育在培养制度和管理制度方面都具有不同于其他国家的特色。在培养制度方面,硕士学位教育是一种"终结性"而非通向博士学位的"过渡性"学位教育;博士培养采取导师指导下课程学习和科研相结合的方式;研究生培养类型多样,渠道多元;重视研究生教育的质量和研究生创新能力的培养。管理制度特色主要体现在实行三级管理制度、学位授予权审核制度、研究生院制度等方面。
