| 摘 要： | 现今田径运动已慢慢的过渡到人类向自我的极限进行挑战,因此对运动员综合素质要求相应的也越来越高.文章通过实践、访谈、观察和收集阅读相关资料,对影响跳远助跑准确性的因素进行归纳分析和总结,提出了对跳远助跑准确性的有效训练手段,为跳远运动的训练与发展提供一定的参考依据.

| Abstract: | Nowadays, track and field has gradually shifted to challenge human beings＇ self limit. Therefore, the requirement for the integrated quality of athletes is higher and higher. This paper, through the means of practicing, talking, observing, collecting and reading relational material, generalizes and summarizes the factors which affects the accuracy of long jump approach, and puts forward the effective training means for the accuracy of long jump approach, and also provides some reference basis for the training and development of long jump. |
