| 摘 要： | “订单教育”人才培养模式已经成为校企合作的一种重要途径。校企资源整合就是要通过组织和协调，把学校和企业内部彼此分离的资源，特别是企业的生产管理的各种资源，充分运用到教学中来。校企资源整合为学校提供了良好的实训基地，提高了企业资源的利用效率，为教师实践技能的提高创造了条件。

| Abstract: | The talents' training mode of order education has become an important approach to cooperate with school and enterprise.Resources conformity of school and enterprise is to apply separate resources inside school and enterprise,especially all kinds of resources of enterprise's productive management,to teaching.It provides school favorable training base,improves utilizing efficiency of enterprise's resource,and creates condition for the improvement of teachers' practical ability. |
