| 摘 要： | 中国共产党之所以能够团结带领全国各族人民取得新民主主义革命的胜利和社会主义建设的巨大成就,重要原因之一是拥有廉洁的政治作风。建国前中国共产党采取了价值观念引导、群众监督、以重典严惩腐败三项措施,收到了良好的效果。建国后为了清除党内的腐败因素,中国共产党进行了大规模的群众运动,民众成为腐败的重要监督力量。但文化大革命的狂飙将这一传统反腐形式发挥到极致的同时,也让国家步入了沉重的灾难中。改革开放之后,我们在反思群众反腐弊端的基础上,逐步走上了依靠制度与法律反腐败的道路。
