排球运动对女大学生甲襞微循环的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨排球运动对女大学生甲襞微循环的影响。方法:应用显微电视录像技术,观察女大学生排球运动不同阶段甲襞微循环的变化。结果:排球运动可使甲襞微血管畸形消失(P<0.05~0.01)、口径增宽(P<0.05~0.01)、红细胞聚集消失(P<0.01)、微血流流态显著改善、流速加快(P<0.05~0.01)、微循环积分值显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:排球运动对女大学生甲襞微循环有明显改善作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of volleyball movements on the nailfold microcirculation in female college students.Methods:The changes in nailfold microcirculation were studied by using a vital microscope with TV recorder before and during the four stages of volleyball sport.Results:The micro-vessels shape and the micro blood flow speed were changed(P<0.05~0.01);the diameter of microvessels was increased(P<0.05~0.01);the red aggregated cell disappeared(P<0.01),the total score value was obviously decreased among all stages of volleyball sport(P<0.01).Conclusion:volleyball sport could markedly improve nailfold microcirculation for the female college students.
