| 摘 要： | 民法在调整社会关系方面具有全面性、主动性和深入性，而且在原则和内容上保持了与道德建设的统一。本从公民守法的角度阐述了蕴涵在民法中的具有普遍意义的平等、诚实信用、权利为本、公平等道德精神的内容及其在我国道德建设中的重要作用。
