摘    要:21世纪初,学者对我国教育管理学学科建设方面的探索进行了反思与批判,并进行了进一步构建:研究对象进一步明确;学科性质进一步厘清;学科体系进一步完善;研究方法进一步规范;学科群进一步梳理。经过十余年发展,我国教育管理学学科基本问题的探讨已取得丰硕成果,但仍存在亟待解决的问题。针对这些问题,教育管理学应该进行"否定之否定"式的学科建设工作,并以此作为今后学科基本发展路径。

Abstract:In the first 10 years of this new century,Chinese scholars made reflection and criticism on Education Management discipline construction,and on this basis,they made further construction on Education Management discipline,including its objects,natures,systems,basis,methods and discipline groups.After more than ten years,study on fundamental issues of Education Management discipline has achieved fruitful results,however,there were still problems to be solved.To solve these problems,Chinese scholars should put forward the development path of Education Management discipline construction following negation of negation law.
