| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆开发者须熟悉系统内容和用户需求;要通过维护系统品质和易访问性来保证系统的持久可用;使用导航模块等工具技术,确保大多数用户能简易省时地使用系统;保证系统的开放性是为了接纳潜在的用户群体,并使系统容易适应变化的运行环境和技术更新。参考文献15。
