中老年女性力量训练研究

摘    要:中老年女性随年龄增长会出现多种退行性疾病,力量训练对提高肌肉力量、阻止骨矿密度减小等具有积极作用。练习中,应照顾到所有大肌肉群,并合理安排运动强度、休息时间等影响因素。

Abstract:Middle-aged and old women will appear many kinds of regression diseases with aging.Strength training can improve muscle strength,prevent the bone mineral density decreasing.It should be taken all big muscle groups into consideration,and arranged load,rest period rationally.
